Liz brings an audience-centered approach to podcast audience development, focusing on finding and growing the right audiences. 

As Director of Audience Growth at JAR, a branded podcast agency, Liz leads a team of specialists focused on growing audiences authentically for our clients’ shows. Her approach is deeply informed by her decade+ of experience in journalism and podcast production. While working as a radio producer at CBC, she created, wrote and hosted an award-winning investigative podcast called Slumtown. Recently, she worked as a podcast consultant on the award-winning podcast Freeway Exit, where she advised on both production and promotion. She joined Pacific Content in 2020 as a showrunner, and later joined the audience development team, working with clients such as Red Hat, Facebook, Morgan Stanley and Atlassian.
